This therapist, who will be primary throughout the care of your patient, then creates a custom treatment plan based on your recommendation, the condition and the care needs. Whether your patient is recovering from an injury, a surgery or a chronic condition, he/she will be guided in our positive and supportive environment towards a return to health and well-being. We will keep you informed of your patient’s progress by sending periodic re-evaluation notes to your office for review. Our therapists are also available to consult via phone or email!
